Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/operations/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with Material handling equipment (MHE).
• Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
• Position includes travel up to 75% (Nationwide).

Responsibilities

• Work independently with internal and external teams to manage project lifecycle and deliver objectives.
• Participate in firm engineering reviews and influence system architecture and facility processes.
• Set priorities, milestones, and schedules with stakeholders and vendors; mitigate risks.
• Lead execution for systems and automated equipment designs; perform qualifications.
• Document meetings, decisions and actions; maintain alignment with partners and vendors.
• Communicate status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to leadership clearly.
• Articulate designs to internal customers and partner teams.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
