Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable servicing operations to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.

You'll own cross-functional initiatives with clear roadmaps, coordinating change management, training, and knowledge management to ensure readiness for product launches and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or product operations in large/global settings.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver impact in efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy, OKRs, and budgets.
• Develop program roadmaps, execution plans, and KPIs.
• Build manuals and resources for human and AI agents; manage knowledge ecosystem.
