Job summary

Altivera Medical seeks a Change Management & Operational Readiness professional to guide people-side change for Customer Operations initiatives. You will assess impacts, plan communications, and lead readiness reviews to reduce disruption and improve adoption.

The role involves developing learning materials, facilitating trainings, and coaching leaders and SMEs to reinforce change after launch, with a focus on sustaining improvements across functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years supporting healthcare operations, revenue cycle, order management, or similar process-driven environment.
• Experience in change management, operations readiness, training, enablement, or adoption work.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear communications and learning materials.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing and facilitating role-based training for teams and leaders.
• Experience building readiness plans, stakeholder engagement, and post-launch reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and operational readiness planning with stakeholders.
• Support launch readiness and post-go-live stabilization, including documentation and escalation paths.
• Develop change communications and stakeholder engagement approaches identifying actions and supports.
