Job summary

EverDriven is seeking an Operations Enablement Partner to own change adoption and job readiness training across Contact Center, Field Operations, and Inside Operations. The role emphasizes an AI-first approach to content, scalable training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure rapid, effective adoption of new systems and processes.

The position is hybrid in Greenwood Village, CO, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, offering a salary range and bonus potential based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enablement, training, or change execution supporting operations, contact center, or field teams.
• Train-the-trainer experience: built or ran a train-the-trainer model for distributed teams.
• Hands-on change execution: led end-to-end change/adoption effort with ownership.
• AI-first mindset: use AI tools to draft content and design learning.
• Process mapping and systems thinking; read workflows and teach fixes.
• Strong facilitation and coaching across frontline and leadership.
• Experience with an LMS and adoption or performance data.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end change and enablement plans for operational initiatives.
• Own onboarding for the operations function; design and deliver new-hire training.
• Own Field Operations onboarding via train-the-trainer model; oversee onboarding quality.
• Train and support offshore trainers and monitor BPO training quality.
• Run onboarding to fixed service-level commitments; classes run on schedule.
• Translate process and system changes into teachable workflows; pilot rollout readiness.
• Use AI to draft content and enable asynchronous-first learning modules.
• Facilitate live and virtual sessions across operations audiences.
