Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, hospitality, property management, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ticket + Work Order Management: monitor inbound tickets/work orders and route quickly.
• Dispatch + Scheduling Support: coordinate daily routing and balance workloads across teams.
• Communication + Coordination: provide clear ticket notes and status updates to stakeholders.
• Quality + Documentation: ensure orders have notes, photos, and documentation where required; track repeat issues.
• Operational Support: assist with coordination for supply delivery runs and on-site coordination during peak periods.
• Success Measures: tickets routed within SLA; low reassignment rate; fewer guest-impacting escalations.
