Responsibilities

• Coordinate Departmental Operations between Bury, Install, and Enterprise teams to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Monitor project timelines and identify additional work opportunities for technicians.
• Maintain consistent client communication with updates and issue resolution.
• Dispatch enterprise personnel to job sites and track progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assignments, communications, and project updates.
