Avari Management seeks a Logistics Coordinator to drive day-to-day dispatch and operational execution across Field Ops. You will triage tickets, prioritize tasks, and route work orders to the appropriate teams with the right context and timing.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily routing, maintaining clear communications with PMs, vendors, and field teams, and ensuring timely completion and documentation of tasks. Flexibility for on-site work and weekends may be required.

Formación

• 2+ years in operations coordination, dispatch, hospitality, property management, or similar role preferred.
• Experience with ticketing/work order systems a plus (Guesty, Breezeway, HubSpot).
• Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and move fast without dropping details.
• Customer-service mindset and calm under pressure.
• Ability to handle ambiguity with limited instruction.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inbound tickets/work orders and route quickly.
• Assign work orders to the right team or vendor based on scope and urgency.
• Set clear priorities and escalation paths for urgent issues.
• Coordinate daily routing with Field Ops Support, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
• Balance workloads and adjust assignments as conditions change.
• Provide clear ticket notes and context to field teams.
• Communicate status updates to PMs, Field Ops, and stakeholders.
• Ensure work orders close with notes and documentation.
• Assist with supply deliveries, access issues, and on-site coordination.
