Qualifications

• Prior Chick-fil-A Director level experience is required.
• Full-time Open Availability required.
• Smile and build rapport with guests.
• Create and maintain eye contact with guests.
• Speak enthusiastically and clearly to guests.
• Make emotional connections with guests and team members.
• Strong character, professional but honest demeanor.
• Able to work in hot outdoor conditions.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation for shift coverage.
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to manage team member behavior and performance.
