Chick-fil-A is seeking an Operations Director in Moultrie to provide visionary leadership and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly day-to-day. You will lead a team, manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales while maintaining Chick-fil-A brand values.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience, excels under pressure, and communicates clearly with team members and guests. Weekend availability is required to cover Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Past leadership experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Saturday availability and ability to work 1–2 nights per week.
