Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a hands-on General Manager/Director of Operations to oversee all restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in a single-location setting. You will lead front counter, dine-in, drive-thru, catering, curbside, and mobile orders while driving quarterly and annual goals for hospitality, profit, and sales growth.

You will mentor and coach team members, maintain positive relationships, and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A standards and values in a dynamic work

Qualifications

Front-of-house and back-of-house leadership experience preferred.
Experience running high-volume restaurant operations.
Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee front counter, dine-in, drive-thru, catering, curbside, and delivery operations.
Set and achieve quarterly and annual business goals for hospitality, profit, and sales growth.
