The Manager will supervise shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers growth opportunities, a Sunday closed policy, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train new hires.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken, with guests and team.
• Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work fast-paced shifts.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager is required.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Closing, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Ensure Food Safety and Quality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
