Job summary

PatientEngines is a digital agency serving cash-pay medical practices, now seeking a Director of Operations to oversee vendor relationships, ensure delivery quality, and manage content operations for paid media campaigns. This role supports growth as the agency scales and partners with external vendors to deliver on promises.

The position offers remote/hybrid work in Bergen County, NJ, with the chance to shape operations across campaigns while coordinating back-office functions and weekly

Qualifications

• Must have run Meta and Google campaigns across multiple accounts.
• Agency experience and understanding of client delivery.
• Highly organized with SOPs, checklists, and calendars.
• Ability to lead external vendors.
• Healthcare or wellness experience is a strong plus; GoHighLevel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vendor oversight: manage paid media partners, review campaigns before and after launch, audit strategy, hold vendors to a clear standard, and recommend when one needs to be replaced
• Delivery quality: ensure every client receives what they were promised, on time, with results we can stand behind; partner with account management so clients hear from us before they have to ask
• Content operations: run the system that turns client video and content into ads and social posts, and keep the calendar moving
• Back office: contractor and vendor payments, budgets, hiring and onboarding
• Reporting: one clear weekly view of how every account is performing
