The role emphasizes growth marketing for healthcare practices with a focus on data-driven decision making, AI-assisted optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Fully remote with occasional travel to events.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with genuine pipeline ownership.
• Proven people leadership with ability to coach and set standards.
• Hands-on chops across Meta, paid digital, email/SMS, content, and events.
• Working command of AEO and GEO for AI-driven search visibility.
• PR experience: pitching media and thought leadership.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation.
• Habit of using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to extract signals and act.
