Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
• Experience leading integrated growth marketing strategies across campaigns, events, and demand generation.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall growth marketing strategy across payer/provider segments.
• Translate objectives into annual growth marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Lead a cross-functional team delivering integrated campaigns and events.
• Own provider segment end-to-end strategy and budget management.
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance and ROI across channels.
