Job summary

CareMessage is hiring a Director of Growth to strengthen the operating layer that drives revenue, reach, and patient impact through a coached Growth engine. This player-coach role will guide sellers and Growth Marketing to meet ARR targets while delivering patient-centered outcomes.

The role oversees Growth across FQHC, Tribal Health, and rural networks, with expansion into mission-aligned organizations. Remote within the United States, with travel as needed to support regional priorities.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of B2B Growth, Sales, Revenue, GTM, Demand Generation or related leadership experience.
• 3+ years directly managing quota-carrying sellers or comparable revenue-generating team members.
• Experience building or materially improving a sales operating system with CRM hygiene and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth operating plan across FQHC, Tribal Health and rural network expansion, and mission-aligned acquisitions.
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned sellers and Growth Marketing with clear expectations and performance accountability.
• Scale the growth engine across markets, converting demand-gen activity into qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Translate readiness and market signals into Growth team coverage and hiring plans.
