Peacock Gap Golf Club in San Rafael, CA is seeking a General Manager responsible for overall facility operations, budgeting, strategic planning and staff development across Golf, the Range Café, and The Clubhouse event center.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and guest service focus to drive revenue, event sales, food quality, and sanitation standards in a premier Marin County venue that includes a championship golf course and extensive event spaces.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in hospitality, golf, F&B or events with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of golf operations and restaurant front/back of house.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Golf, Range Café, and Clubhouse events.
• Lead sales and events team to drive revenue.
• Manage budgeting, revenue, expenses, and monthly forecasting.
• Recruit, train, evaluate staff and enforce club rules.
