Qualifications

• 2 years working as a catering or events manager.
• Food Handler & Responsible Beverage certified within 30 days.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food service between kitchen and banquet staff.
• Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of all rooms as set by the Banquet Event Order.
• Monitor beverage consumption and address staff issues.
