Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of laws pertaining to the industry, including labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee golf course, range, cafe, and event center operations.
• Lead sales and events teams to drive revenue and provide top-tier service.
• Ensure food/beverage procurement and portioning meet recipes and standards.
• Control cash handling and loss prevention; reconcile receipts.
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff; provide effective leadership.
