Chick-fil-A is seeking a General Manager/Director of Operations to lead a single restaurant in Tampa, FL. This hands-on leadership role blends daily restaurant operations with driving business goals, guest hospitality, and team development.

You will oversee front counter, dine-in, drive-thru, and catering, while coaching staff, upholding brand standards, and maintaining a fast-paced, positive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant management preferred.
• Availability for 40–45 hours per week.
• Open availability Monday–Saturday.

Position Type:

• This is a hands on leadership position in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. This role combines working in the daily operation of the restaurant with leading and managing the goals of the business. This is a single restaurant operation, not a multi-unit opportunity.
