Job summary

Chick-fil-A at Hwy 67 & Wintergreen is seeking an Operations Director to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional hospitality and craveable food. This role serves as the ambassador and driver of the Create Raving Fans model, ensuring remarkable service across every guest experience.

You will coach and develop teammates, drive operational excellence, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and oversee schedules while reinforcing CORE 4 and Second Mile Service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management
• Hospitality or food service background is a plus
• Expected to attain ServSafe Manager Certificate
• Ability to execute procedures with excellence

Operations Director - Chick-fil-A

Our Director of Operations role at Hwy 67 & Wintergreen is to manage the daily operations of the business. The Director of Operations is expected to be the Ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that the restaurant is successful in all aspects of the Create Raving Fans model, providing remarkable service, craveable food, and hospitality throughout each experience in the business. The following responsibilities have been identified in order to more clearly delineate the overall structure within Chick-fil-A that will allow the Director of Operations to fulfill this role:
