Chick-fil-A Harbins Road in Dacula, GA is seeking a Director of Operations to lead daily operations and develop leaders while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

You will guide team leaders, uphold cleanliness standards, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Must have Chick-fil-A experience.
• Flexible availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead with urgency in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with a passion for learning and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations, develop leaders, pursue customer satisfaction, grow business results.
• Coach and motivate team leaders to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Assist with training new and existing team leaders and identify future leaders.
• Manage inventory efficiently and help reduce waste.
• Ensure smooth execution during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy.
