Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team.
• Identify ways to improve customer service or processes.
• Collect and validate data when interacting with guests to ensure the best experience.
• Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
• Understand and implement operational procedures that govern the business.
• Support new initiatives and help teams impacted by changes.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Resort Operations leadership.
• Work on projects involving data validation, reporting, and integration of new processes.
