Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of professional level experience supporting operations of a program or team.
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Adult Clinical Team across all locations, including scheduling and shifts.
• Coordinate purchasing, reimbursements, credentialing, and related support services.
• Plan and execute business and clinical projects; develop tracking for progress and outcomes.
• Lead APP Team initiatives with project plans and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and maintain administrative policies and guidelines in collaboration with People Operations, Legal, and Risk Management.
• Support the annual 360-degree evaluation and drive staff performance improvements.
• Promote collaboration and implement Departmental strategies across Adult Clinical Teams.
