Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution and 1 year of professional experience.
• A combination of education and related experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Preferred: two or more years in an academic setting and experience with data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of the Program.
• Works with Program students and visiting students to complete clinical onboarding for rotations.
• Provides support to Program Leadership and faculty involved in the Program.
• Synthesizes information on the program to inform decisions.
• Creates and maintains educational database files using technology platforms.
• Assists with admissions and recruitment activities, information sessions, and interview day needs.
• Assists with purchasing activities and learns institutional purchasing parameters.
