Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance, and billing processes.
• Resolve issues to support customer service and branch profitability.
• Perform Fleet Service activities such as licensing and permitting.
• Coordinate asset support like jacket files and vendor services.
• Collaborate with Fleet Services for licensing, permitting, citations.
• Conduct process analyses using reports to improve profitability.
• Utilize Qlikview or AS400 for problem-solving.
• Maintain District Personnel Files and complete weekly payroll.
• Process paperwork for new hires.
• Assist Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager with projects.
