Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations: AR oversight, collect contacts, and process billing to support profitability.
• Coordinate fleet operations: licensing, permitting, vehicle maintenance, and outside vendor support.
• Conduct process analytics using Qlikview/AS400 to identify improvements and risk areas.
• Maintain district payroll files and assist in hiring paperwork and records.
