Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: prepare and monitor contracts with sales; ensure approvals before shipment.
• Coordinate orders and troubleshoot to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
• Build supplier relationships and coordinate with overseas suppliers as needed.
• Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective resolutions.
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist daily invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
