AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Memphis, TN to support the Systems Integration leadership and office resources through a variety of assignments and tasks.

You will coordinate with Operations, Service, Procurement and Finance to help keep projects on track and the office running smoothly. The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.

Aufgaben

• Support SIG office projects by coordinating with Operations, Service, Procurement and Finance.
• Interact with internal office and field resource staff.
• Maintain processes and procedures for assigned tasks.
• Compile external and internal submittal documentation.
• Assist with project milestone tracking of team resources.
• Assist Operations with equipment procurement and tracking.
• Submit returned material authorizations.
• Coordinate pick tickets with office warehouse teams.
• Ensure closeout and as-built documentation is created and stored.
• Provide information for CSAT delivery.
• Assist Management in the change order process.
• Perform other task assignments as required.
