Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Systems Integration leadership with warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will manage stock, logistics, and documentation while assisting the PMO as needed.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, 2 years in warehouse/inventory, forklift certification, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a dynamic, team-driven environment with process adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Must pass internal forklift certification.
• Valid driver's license and MVR meeting standards.
• Excellent attention and time management skills with flexible priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand/walk, and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock of office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and tracking of inventory.
• Support management through change order processes per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and equipment records.
• Handle calls and emails from customers, clients, and vendors.
• Absorb AVI-SPL processes and operate within the Operations Playbook.
