The Operations Coordinator supports Systems Integration leadership with a wide range of assignments to sustain daily business operations, including warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Pass forklift certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage stock of office supplies.
• Assist in equipment requests, distribution and shipping via pick tickets and packing slips.
• Support change order process to ensure scope, schedule, cost or terms are handled per AVI-SPL procedures.
• Create and store closeout/as-built documentation for service and future reference.
• Process daily distribution and reports as directed by Manager.
• Maintain and update equipment/product tracking log.
• Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product on arrival.
• Oversee warehouse functions including shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Enter receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation for assigned stock.
• Pull inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication and staging on project pallets.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment.
• Answer incoming calls and emails; assist customers, clients and vendors as needed.
• Learn and comply with AVI-SPL Operations Playbook and tools.
