Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Memphis to support Systems Integration leadership and office resources. You will coordinate with Operations, Service, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring documentation, milestone tracking, and procurement activities are efficiently executed.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and project/tracking tools.
• Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support SIG office leadership and office resources with a variety of tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Service, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Maintain processes and procedures for assigned tasks.
• Compile internal and external submittal documentation.
• Track project milestones and team resource tasks.
• Assist with equipment procurement and tracking.
• Submit returned material authorizations.
• Coordinate pick tickets with warehouse teams.
• Ensure closeout/as-built documentation is created and stored.
• Provide data for CSAT delivery.
• Assist with change orders.
