You will assist with billing, vendor operations, creative requests, and collaborate with internal and external teams across regions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and content teams, tracking content by region, submitting creative requests, and maintaining billing documents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in billing marketing operations or campaign ops.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Clear communication with diverse internal teams.
• Experience with submitting invoices is a plus.
• Knowledge of Asana or Airtable is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creative requests related to media plans.
• Collaborate with international teams to track content by region.
• Submit requests for creatives for media campaigns.
• Monitor progress, update project boards, and run stand-ups or status meetings.
• Maintain billing tracker and related financial documents.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Onboard new vendors for media activation.
• Troubleshoot payment status with vendors like Google, Amazon, and Meta.
