Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of loan/deposits & payments operations or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of bank operations, profitability drivers, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop staffing models and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage daily service area activities.
• Provide day-to-day strategic management including plans, tactics, metrics.
• Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain staffing model for resource allocations.
• Oversee and support a performance management culture for associates.
• Manage financials including expense control.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Resolve operational problems and address root causes.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Credit Admin., & HR.
• Coordinate development and documentation of procedures for changes.
• Ensure staff knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with Lines of Business and vendors for system enhancements.
• Monitor service levels and error rates; report findings.
• Ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
• Lead site gap analyses for mergers/acquisitions and consolidation projects.
• Test disaster recovery capabilities.
