Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years loan-processing experience in commercial, consumer, or real estate functions.
• Knowledge of banking and lending regulations.
• Certifications from CBT may be required if applicable (Banking Regulations, HMDA Compliance, CRA/RESPA/RMR).

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for complex consumer and commercial loans in a multi-state environment.
• Review application/approval for completeness and accuracy.
• Produce documentation for all loan types from consumer to real estate secured and complex commercial loans.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and attorneys to obtain necessary documentation.
• Review real estate title work and resolve exceptions with attorneys, bankers, and customers.
• Ensure lien perfection and compliance with all documentation requirements (titles, UCCs, mortgages).
• Mentor and train Documentation Analysts; support supervisor in workload distribution.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely, accurate loan packages within service levels.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate Degree in Business or related field

2-3 years loan-processing experience
