Responsibilities

• Prepares loan documentation for consumer and commercial loans.
• Analyzes loan requests for accuracy and completeness; ensures documentation meets policy and regulatory requirements.
• Produces documentation for various loan types and coordinates with attorneys, vendors, and lenders.
• Ensures lien perfection and proper filing (titles, UCCs, mortgages, deeds).
• Monitors documentation quality, assists in closing, and supports supervisor as needed.
