Qualifications

• 8 years of loan/deposits & payments operations or supervisory related experience.
• Understands business implications of decisions and profitability.
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and manages the daily activities of the service area through effective leadership and efficient coordination of duties
• Provides day-to-day strategic management for the service area including detailed plans, execution of tactics and development of metrics
• Develops and maintains staffing model for resource allocations
• Oversees and supports a performance management culture in the service area through plans, documentation, and assessments
• Maintains financial management for the department, including expense control
• Ensures SOX compliance and internal controls
• Coordinates with technology, finance, legal, compliance, credit admin., and HR to address changes and needs
• Tests, coordinates, and implements system or operational enhancements
• Manages service level reporting and root-cause analysis for process improvements
• Ensures adherence to applicable laws and regulations; acts in advisory capacity on loan/deposit documents
