Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking an analytical Compliance Administrator to build and maintain the operational infrastructure across current and future markets. This role ensures licenses, certifications, and insurance requirements are tracked and met, coordinating with TPA partners and onboarding processes.

You will help identify operational needs for market entry and growth, acting as a connector between people, processes, technology, and growth to support scaling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance restoration industry.
• Analytical and process-driven.
• Strong data interpretation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licenses, certifications, and insurance requirements across current and future markets.
• Develop tracking systems for renewals, expirations, documentation, and compliance deadlines.
• Coordinate with TPA partners on onboarding requirements, credentials, documentation, and program needs.
• Identify operational requirements for entering new markets and service lines and expanding current operations.
• Support growth initiatives through organic expansion and acquisitions.
