Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Director of Specialty Services to lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region. You will own operational execution, documentation accuracy, and financial performance while coordinating across departments.

Key responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, annual performance reviews, and driving efficiency, margin, and scalable systems. IICRC FSRT/OCT certifications are preferred; experience with DASH, Xactimate, ICAT or similar

To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding a Director of Specialty Services. The Director of Specialty Services leads specialty service operations across a multi-state region. This role owns operational execution, documentation accuracy, and financial performance while ensuring strong coordination across departments and scalable systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region.
  • Ensure all work is executed, documented, and billed accurately.
  • Drive consistency in documentation, inventories, and job file quality.
  • Oversee workflow and ensure strong coordination across departments.
  • Enforce adherence to the TVR Playbook and disciplined use of KnowHow.
  • Implement and improve systems for inventory management, tracking, and documentation accuracy.
  • Partner with HR to handle disciplinary or corrective action plans.
  • Build and develop a high-performing, accountable team.
  • Own hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and establish clear expectations.
  • Own divisional P&L performance, including cost control and profitability.
  • Review and approve job costs, invoices, and financial allocations.
  • Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, documentation accuracy, and margin.
  • Participate in annual planning and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation supports billing, claims, and carrier expectations while reducing disputes.
  • Maintain strong alignment with estimating, mitigation, reconstruction, and accounting teams.
Who You Are
  • 7+ years of restoration experience in contents, specialty services, or related operations.
  • Experience managing a fast-paced, detail-driven 24/7 operation.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and job auditing skills.
  • Strong understanding of documentation, billing, and operational workflows.
  • Experience working across departments and managing complexity.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities.
  • IICRC certifications preferred, including FSRT and OCT, in conjunction with OSHA guidelines.
  • Experience with DASH, Xactimate, ICAT, or similar platforms.
