Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Director of Specialty Services to lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region. You will own operational execution, documentation accuracy, and financial performance while coordinating across departments.

Key responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, annual performance reviews, and driving efficiency, margin, and scalable systems. IICRC FSRT/OCT certifications are preferred; experience with DASH, Xactimate, ICAT or similar

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restoration operations management experience.
• Experience leading a fast-paced 24/7 operation.
• Strong documentation, billing, and operational workflow understanding.
• IICRC FSRT and OCT certifications preferred.
• Experience with DASH, Xactimate, ICAT or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region.
• Ensure all work is executed, documented, and billed accurately.
• Drive consistency in documentation, inventories, and job file quality.
• Oversee workflow and coordinate across departments.
• Own divisional P&L, cost control, and profitability.
