Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Manager to lead production teams, schedule crews, and ensure work aligns with company standards and processes. You will manage jobs from start to finish, develop accurate estimates, and coach crew members to maintain high quality and safety on every site.

You will coordinate with commercial, insurance, and residential clients, monitor costs, and ensure timely completion while protecting customer property and company assets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mitigation production and scheduling.
• Ability to lead crews including Crew Chiefs and Technicians.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobs from start to finish, including scheduling crews and adjusting plans as needed.
• Review job scopes, develop production estimates, and ensure adherence to processes.
• Coordinate production and subcontractor work to meet quality, safety, and timeline targets.
• Document work and maintain accurate records, photos, and checklists.
