Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an Inventory Attorney for its Complex Litigation group. You will translate legal strategy into workflows, deadlines, and deliverables, guiding paralegals and ensuring no client falls through the cracks.

You should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and a J.D., with state bar admission. The role emphasizes high-volume mass tort work and meticulous organizational leadership across a large case inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience with a J.D. in good standing.
• Experience in complex or high-volume litigation and federal/state procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team without losing details.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full deadline lifecycle across a large case inventory with escalation protocols.
• Ensure filing readiness including documentation and pre-filing requirements.
• Execute discovery workflows and track responses and deficiencies.
• Maintain compliance with court rules and jurisdiction-specific filing protocols.
• Support motion practice workflows and trial preparation.
• Mentor paralegals and case managers to improve performance.
• Maintain clear client communications and manage expectations.
