Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage a range of litigation responsibilities, including pleadings, discovery, trial prep, and coordination with paralegals and case managers. The role may sit in any U.S.

office and requires JD and bar admission, with 2+ years of litigation support experience in a firm or equivalent setting. The attorney will develop strategies, analyze case themes, coordinate with MDL or state proceedings, and support settlements as needed,

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting litigation in a law firm or comparable environment.
• Substantial experience in complex litigation strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for assigned mass tort matters in coordination with lead/case management counsel.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, remand/jurisdiction, discovery motions, protective orders, dispositive motions).
• Ensure compliance with case management orders, scheduling orders, and local rules.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings and translate into action items.
• Direct paralegals/case managers on tasks and review work product for accuracy.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof with supporting documentation.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing based on statutes, residency, and exposure location.
• Support strategic filing decisions and MDL/state coordination.
• Assist with settlements and coordinated communications with clients.
