Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an Inventory Attorney within our Complex Litigation group to act as the operational backbone of a large tort inventory, translating the litigation team's strategy into workflows, deadlines, and deliverables that move cases forward. You'll work directly with leadership, mentoring paralegals, and ensuring no client falls through the cracks.

You’ll be the person who knows the litigation inside out and you’ll make sure the machinery around it runs exactly right.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of litigation experience in complex or high-volume environments.
• J.D. required and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills for paralegals and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full deadline lifecycle from pre-filing to post-filing across a large case inventory.
• Oversee filing readiness, pre-filing requirements, and strategic case selection decisions.
• Drive discovery workflow, track responses, and manage deficiency follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and jurisdiction-specific filing protocols.
• Support motion practice and trial preparation on the operational side.
• Mentor paralegals and case managers to raise team performance.
• Maintain clear client communications and set expectations throughout cases.
