Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is recruiting a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our nationwide team. The attorney will manage a range of litigation tasks, coordinate with paralegals and case managers, and support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation across matters.

The role requires a JD and at least 2 years of litigation support experience, with a strong emphasis on complex cases. Opening can sit in any office nationwide; ECF/Pacer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others strongly preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for assigned mass tort matters in coordination with lead/case management counsel.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, remand/jurisdiction, discovery motions, protective orders, and dispositive motions).
• Ensure compliance with case management orders, scheduling orders, and local rules.
• Monitor and implement MDL/coordinated proceeding developments and translate them into case-specific action items.
• Provide substantive direction to paralegals/case managers on litigation tasks and review work product for accuracy.
