Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an Inventory Attorney in its Complex Litigation group to serve as the operational backbone for a large tort inventory.

You will translate the litigation strategy into workflows, deadlines, and deliverables, collaborating with the Chief Operations Counsel and mentoring paralegals to prevent any client from being overlooked. You will own case workflows across pre‑filing to post‑filing stages, manage discovery, and ensure compliance with court rules, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience and a J.D.
• Experience in complex or high‑volume litigation environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state procedures: motion practice, discovery, trial, appellate.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deadline lifecycle across a large case inventory, with escalation protocols.
• Ensure filing readiness at scale: documentation and strategic case selection decisions.
• Oversee discovery workflow: track responses, manage deficiencies, ensure compliance.
• Adhere to court rules and filing protocols as quality control checkpoint.
• Support motion practice, pleadings, and trial preparation on the operational side.
• Lead a team of paralegals and case managers, mentoring and提升 their performance.
