Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to lead strategy, manage discovery and coordinate filings across multiple jurisdictions in a high-volume practice.

The role collaborates with paralegals and case managers to ensure timely deliverables and court-compliant work product. Qualified candidates will have a JD and at least four years of complex litigation support, with strong judgment, discretion, and mentoring ability.

Qualifications

• JD required with a minimum of 4 years supporting litigation in a law firm or similar setting.
• Substantial experience in complex litigation is strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring or supervising others is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage high-volume matters.
• Proficient in CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw and Litify as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters with case-management counsel.
• Draft, review and file pleadings, motions and other court filings.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and deadlines.
• Coordinate discovery, record collection and deposition preparation.
• Provide direction to paralegals and manage timelines across jurisdictions.
• Support settlement efforts with case summaries and communications.
