Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex matters, draft pleadings, and coordinate discovery across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves collaborating with paralegals and case managers to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work product.

Eligible candidates have JD and 4+ years of litigation support experience. The attorney will work within the Complex Litigation practice, with opportunities for leadership roles in

Qualifications

• JD required and strong organizational/communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or comparable setting.
• Experience with complex litigation and mentoring/supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for assigned mass tort matters in coordination with lead/case management counsel.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and deadlines.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings developments and translate into action items.
• Provide direction to paralegals/case managers on discovery tasks and review work product.
