Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an Inventory Attorney in its Complex Litigation group to serve as the operational backbone of a large tort inventory, translating the legal team's strategy into workflows, deadlines, and deliverables that move thousands of cases forward.

You'll work with the Chief Operations Counsel, mentor paralegals, ensure filing readiness, and uphold court rules and jurisdiction-specific requirements while keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of litigation experience and a J.D.
• Experience in complex or high-volume litigation environments and understanding federal and state procedures.

Responsibilities

• The full deadline lifecycle - pre-filing through post-filing across a large case inventory with escalation protocols.
• Filing readiness at scale: documentation and pre-filing requirements.
• Discovery workflow execution: tracking responses and deficiency follow-ups.
• Court rules, filing protocols, and jurisdiction-specific requirements as quality control.
• Motion practice workflows, pleadings support, and trial preparation support on the operational side.
• Mentoring a team of paralegals and case managers to improve performance.
• Maintaining client experience with clear communication and empathy during the process.
