Job summary

Nabihealth in San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented operations lead to own patient intake end-to-end in person. You will run outbound calls and texts, schedule first appointments, and re-engage patients to minimize no-shows, maintaining a high-quality patient experience.

You will track funnel KPIs, craft scheduling messages, support hiring and onboarding for clinical and growth teams, and collaborate across clinical and ops to keep handoffs clean.

Qualifications

• Based in San Francisco and this is an in-person role.
• Obsessive attention to detail and reliability.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; you don’t need close management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a patient intake team end-to-end, including calls, texts, scheduling, follow-ups.
• Track and report funnel KPIs (reach, conversion, show rates) and present weekly intake performance.
• Own patient communications; craft scheduling messages, follow-ups, and emails that are clear and on-brand.
• Support hiring and onboarding for the clinical and growth teams; coordinate interviewing logistics.
• Flag problems and bring solutions across clinical and operations to improve handoffs.
