Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery
• Monitor load progress and share updates; flag delays or tackle issues head-on
• Resolve service hiccups quickly and professionally
• Get hands-on with load details in internal systems (Transport Pro)
• Keep shipment documentation complete and ready to go
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to keep operations smooth
• Collaborate with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs and celebrate wins
